About Axis Trampoline Club

Axis Trampoline Club was established as an independent club in 2008 after 3 years as part of Evolution Trampoline Club whom we thank for their help and continue to work with developing trampolining in the region.

Axis Trampoline Club train gymnasts for competitive trampolining at trampolining competitions across the region and nationally. We have long-term development plans to develop members of the club at a consistant rate to produce a firm base on which to build a successful competitive trampolinist if that is what they want.

We are an open and friendly club and welcome new members who wish to join. If you would like to start trampolining please get in touch so we can arrange for you to come along for a taster session.

Welfare

Axis Trampoline Club takes the welfare of the members very seriously. We have all the required policies in place to ensure the wellbeing of all our members. If you would like to see any of our policies please contact our welfare officer who will be more than happy to help you.

The welfare officer for Axis Trampoline Club is Louise Poole and she can be contacted on 07881 784711 if you have any questions or problems regarding the welfare of a member.

Olly Monro (0777 6185556), Jackie Collings (07886 630388), Catherine Hurring (07752 352079) and Libby Mears (07815 566559) are also qualified as Welfare Officers if you would prefer to talk to them.

Joining Axis

We do not have a joining fee however all our members are required to become a member of British Gymnastics which carries a joining fee. We handle the registration & take payment however this fee goes to British Gymnastics. As a member of BG, you have a personal insurance policy that covers you during all club activities.

All our members are encouraged but not required to buy our kit which is available through the club. We have worked hard to find reasonably price quality kit and hope that all members will be eager to wear our club kit.

BG membership for 2012/13 is;

Competitive: £40

Recreational / Club Officer (Non-competitive): £16

We ask that all members purchase a development folder upon joining the club which is a one-off fee of £2.50. This allows us (and the gymnasts themselves) to keep a record of their activities, track their progress, see what skills/routines are coming up next and work towards badges and certificates from the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme.

The purchase of these badges/certificates is separate to any charges listed here, and is charged to your account upon receipt of the award.

Making payments

Please make all cheques payable to 'Axis Trampoline Club' or e-mail us for bank details to do online transfers. Please ensure that you let us know how much you transfer and what it is for when you do it so that we can ensure we match it up to your account.
